Pet Friendly Property - All pets must be approved by owner, under twenty-five pounds and requires an additional fee of $25 a day.

 

Monthly winter rentals available – In the winter months the property will be available for monthly rental at $1500 per month.

 

We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay with us.

Master bedroom has king size bed, smart tv with Netflix & Spectrum TV, second room has a queen size bed, smart tv with Netflix & Spectrum TV, and third room has bunk bed with built in trundle and a comfortable full size sleeper chair perfect for children.

 

Our beautifully renovated kitchen has all the comforts of home, complete with dishes, cookware, utensils, and upgraded appliances. There is a beautiful island bar equipped with a built-in temperature regulated wine chiller and four swivel bar stools.

 

Our luxurious spa inspired bathroom comes equipped with a built in blue toothed speaker, twobathroom sinks, contemporary free-standing soaker tub with waterfall tub filler and removable hand held wand, and a large glass enclosed walk in shower with built-in sitting bench, and a multi positional high pressure shower head with a removable hand held wand.

Cleaning Fee of $115

​

Our cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning the home, washing towels and linens, making beds and sanitizing the entire house prior to your arrival and departure of the property. Our cleaning crew is COVID certified and will provide a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), trash bags (three bags), and dishwasher detergent tabs (three tabs). Please bring your own liquid laundry detergent.

Please respect our home as if it were your own……

Upon departure of the property, we kindly ask you to

  • Remove all Bed Linens and make one pile for all the dirty linens and towels

  • Remove all trash from the home

  • Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and make sure to start dishwasher before leaving property

​

If all our guests kindly complete the above tasks before departing the property, and not leave the home excessively dirty, were able to turn the home quickly and offer all our guests early check in accommodations.

​

Please keep in mind, if the property is left extremely dirty (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets and towels, etc.) there will be an additional cleaning fee.
